He truly understands the business from the buyers' and sellers' point of view from both a personal and professional perspective; as he has bought and sold personal primary residences 25 times and has extensive personal relocation experience.
Brad is a licensed professional Realtor and is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the Collin County Association of Realtors and the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Austin Waters Home Owners Association and held prior membership in Indian Creek, Shoal Creek, Cypress Point, Park Brooke and Steeplechase Home Owners Associations. So as a resident of North Texas, you can see that Brad and Tracy have lived in several communities in the North Dallas, Plano and Carrolton area and know the area well.
His wife, Tracy (McPartland) is a native North Dallas and Plano resident, whose family had been active in real estate development in the area for more than 30 years. Brad and Tracy are the parents of three sons, Preston, Billy and Reagan. An active member of the community, Brad and Tracy are currently members of Prestonwood Baptist Church, has served on the Board of Trustees at Prestonwood Christian Academy. Most recent, Brad had the privilege of serving as the Chief Operating Officer for H.I.S. BridgeBuilders; a faith-based non-profit inner-city ministry in South Dallas. Brad & Tracy’s heart is to serve others.
An avid golfer, Brad and his family are members at The Lakes at Castle Hills, in Carrollton and a past member at Preston Trail Golf Club in Dallas, Gleneagles Country Club in Plano and Prestonwood Country Club in both Dallas & Plano, where he continues to nurture relationships and connect with golf course communities.
