Brad oversees all of the marketing effort of the Brad Popoff Team and involves a team of resources in marketing their client’s homes. While the marketing of each home is unique, Brad emphasizes the use of the highest quality of communications, including the various websites on the internet, multiple pictures, color flyers, direct mail, neighborhood communications and networking the realtor market. Brad attributes his tremendous success by acknowledging that he truly knows who he works for. He commits to the highest level of integrity, and his results are exemplary. Brad has also personally been the buyer or seller of primary residences 25 times, and relocated from state to state seven time, so he knows what his clients experience and expect.


Kathy Beck

Kathy is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master’s degree in Agriculture Economics. After spending over 15 years in corporate America as a commodity trader, a consultant, and purchasing potatoes for Frito Lay, Kathy joined the Brad Popoff Team in 2006. She took some time off to get married and help manage the family packaging business in Arkansas, and has returned to the Team bringing with her expanded skills in market analysis and contract negotiations. Her business savvy and tough but fair negotiating strategies make Kathy a great asset when buying or selling your home. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys scuba diving, gardening and jigsaw puzzles.

 


Jennifer Beasonk
Realtor

Jennifer is a Licensed Realtor on The Brad Popoff Team and will also be working with Brad and the others to help oversee the overall marketing efforts, along with assuring that all details are managed from the point of contract through closing.  Jennifer is a delightful addition to our team and was previously the Operations Manager at Triple Creek Academy in McKinney Texas.  She has two teenage boys who are very active playing select baseball.  In her free time she enjoys bike riding, gardening, volunteering at school events, and spending time with her family and friends.

 


Susan Lynch
Listing Coordinator


Susan is the listing coordinator for the Brad Popoff Team.  She has been involved with real estate photography and marketing since 2006 and has photographed houses from $100,000 to over $1 million. She’s been working with Keller Williams Realty since 2004 and is very well acquainted the best ways to showcase and market your house! She keeps current on all the photography, marketing, and social media trends so your home will get the most up-to-date and positive exposure to as many people as possible.  She is always looking for new ways to promote the Popoff Team listings in a busy and diverse real estate market.  Susan is also a mentor with Team in Training, raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society while helping people train to run half and full marathons. She’s run 9 marathons and over 25 half marathons, plus thousands of training miles, since 2004!


Trisha Michaels
Transaction/Closing Coordinator


Trish is licensed Realtor and the Transaction/Closing Coordinator for the Brad Popoff Team.  She will take you thru the selling and buying process from execution of the contract to the closing table.  She works as a liaison between our clients, agents, title offices & lenders during the closing process.  She is responsible for the details of the contract including verifying all documents are in order, signed and initialed in proper place, processing amendments etc. and making sure all deadlines are met.   She has been a licensed realtor with Keller Williams since 2006.   Trish has Lupus and her passion is volunteering with the Lupus Foundation of North Texas and to help raise awareness.  She is married with two teenage boys who are very active in athletics and she is director of spirit wear and fundraising for the Centennial Titans football team.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 


Tracy Popoff
Marketing / Administration


After running the home and helping to raise three boys, volunteering at school and church and just recently completing two years working at Prestonwood Christian Academy, Tracy joins the team full time in the areas of marketing, client appreciation and general administration. Tracy was raised in North Dallas and earned her Bachelor of Arts from SMU.


Tom Sherman
Benchmark Mortgage


With a passion for helping people be better stewards of their resources, Tom entered the mortgage business over 20 years ago.   He has experienced the financial markets ups, downs, and everything in between over those years.  Tom recognizes that anyone can give you a loan, but not everyone will consult you through the process and help you get the RIGHT loan.   Tom is also very involved at Prestonwood Baptist Church and Prestonwood Christian Academy, as well as international missions.  He is married to Jen and has two teenagers as well!

Theresa Kelley/David Young

Theresa and David work with Tom at Benchmark mortgage and share the same commitment to stewardship and consulting that Tom does.   Theresa and David make sure that the loan process flows exactly as it should, from beginning to end, and work to ensure no unusual hiccups occur through the process.
